1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

During peak seasons, sales, or collection launches, processing times may be extended to up to 5 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic (UK) Shipping
We offer several shipping options across the UK:

All orders include tracking information, which is provided once the parcel ships.
3. International Shipping
We ship to selected countries outside the UK. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.

4. Pre-Orders & Custom Items
If your order includes pre-order items or custom-made garments, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. These timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
5. Shipping Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be delays due to:

High order volume periods (e.g., holidays, flash sales)
We are not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has left our premises. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and working with the carrier to resolve any issues.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If delivery is refused or unclaimed, a restocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
